Adding customised messages to your Facebook and Twitter feeds is an excellent way of raising the awareness of your event and encouraging friends and family to register and join you!
Follow this step by step guide below to find out how;
1) Select the Promote icon from the left-hand ‘Create an Event’ menu, then select the option entitled Social.
2) By alternating between the Twitter and Facebook tabs shown below, you can add and edit customised messages and hashtags for both sites. Facebook also allows the additional feature of uploading an image.
3) Selecting the preview button will allow you to view custom messages and hashtags before they are finalised. You will need to be actively logged in to a Facebook or Twitter profile for this option to be successful.
