Charity donations prior and during a scheduled event is an excellent way of raising extra money for a company’s chosen Charity. At Primo Events we have integrations with ‘everydayhero’ (https://www.everydayhero.com/uk/) and ‘JustGiving’ (https://www.justgiving.com/).
Our Online Events Registration System enables a company to do so by setting this function up while creating an event and allows the Event Organisers to see how much has been raised at various stages of the event.
Benefits of partnering with Charities:
- Taking part for a good cause/challenging yourself
- Participators can encourage others to sign up to your event when asking for donations
- Charities can advertise those companies supporting them (free company publicity)
To do this, click on the ‘Donations’ tab on the left-hand-side of the screen and enable the settings:
Event organisers can also add a description to an event highlighting the benefits of donations, where exactly their donations will be going and a brief background on the company’s chosen charity. They can edit in the ‘Value’ tabs how much they would suggest each person donate, for example £1, £2, £5, £10, etc.
